This Banking & Capital Markets Summer school is organised by a series of European universities in partnership with AEDBF and the European Banking Institute. It consists of a 5-day program in Milan and at the Lake Como, from 22 – 26 July 2019.
Participants are
– PHD researchers, post-docs and junior faculty members conducting research in the field of Banking and Capital Markets Law and
– young professionals who are actively involved in the topics of the summer school.
They will present their research projects, followed by a debate addressed by senior academic discussants. Moreover, they will attend lectures given by senior academics, policy-makers and practitioners who will conduct interactive workshops on the most recent topics of banking and financial law, including:
– FinTech
– Corporate Governance of financial institutions
– European Banking Union
– Capital Markets Union
– MiFID II
– Market Abuse Regulation
– Brexit
– Sustainable Finance.
Candidates participants must send in their application for the Summer school and for the scholarship at the latest on Sunday 9 June 2019.
