AEDBF-BE is delighted to invite you to a Lunch Talk on the EU Listing Act, a package of EU Laws reviewing the Prospectus Regulation, MAR, MiFIR/MiFID II (the Listing Directive and the Listing Regulation) and introducing a new Directive on multiple-vote share structures.

Expert speakers Sigrid VERVERKEN, Counsel Freshfields and Melanie DE ROOCK, Counsel FSMA will share with us their insights with a focus on the changes related to the prospectus requirements and to the insider dealing rules and disclosure obligations.
