We are delighted to invite you to the kick-off of the new AEDBF year with a Financial Law Apéro, titled:

‘Bank failures: ensuring fairness for all ?’

A couple of months ago there was a lot of debate around the fate of bondholders of financial institutions entangled in resolution procedures.

During this Financial Law Apéro, two expert speakers in this domain: Lounia Czupper and Ivan Peeters, will share with us their view of the situation.
